Over the past few years in my design life I always was exploring different methods of making and trying new materials. So based on this background I decided to produce my needed material for graduation project myself and design based on the material characteristics.
Layer UP is a design driven material research and exploration to upcycle an everyday printed material and transforming it to everyday objects. I tried to deliver my main message which is about how a simple material can be upcycled in so many different ways through my users by making the objects eye-catching and questionable to cause the conversation between two people and transform the message and information.
